TRANSFERABLE
When it comes time to sell, a Bil-Den customer will benefit from a higher re-sale value as the MetalWorks® roof warranty is transferrable to the new owner.

LABOUR AND MATERIAL
If you have any problem under the terms of the warranty, Tamko will supply the labour and material to remedy it.

COLOR RETENTION
The Valspar Corporation warrants color retention on their top of the line Fluropon® coatings system.

UNEQUALED PROTECTION
Warranted not to rot, chip, burn, buckle, warp or be penetrated by hail.
