Mark Series Window Guarantee

Bil-Den has produced the Mark Series windows with the finest materials and skilled labour available to the industry.

Bil-Den will warrant for a lifetime the performance and structure of the windows. This includes vinyl frames and sashes, all moving and non-moving hardware, insulating glass and screening material. Should a Mark Series window require a part to be replaced, Bil-Den will supply the part and labour FREE for a period of up to 2 years from the date of original installation.

After the 2 year period, Bil-Den will supply the part or component FREE with the homeowner's option, of having Bil-Den's service technician supply the replacement labour; which would be billed at going rate for service at the time of service.

However, should any need for service ever be a result of improper installation, Bil-Den will rectify the situation at absolutely NO CHARGE.

The above mentioned warranty details apply to the original purchaser. The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners but is subject to a transfer fee and a pro-rated schedule.
